Dear Traincrew

The AFULE State Office has been contacted by concerned members who hold positions as guards with QR Passenger Pty Ltd.

Members have advised of their concern with an increase in passengers who exhibit anti-social behaviour.

The AFULE spoke with QR management who advised that there are a number of initiatives currently being developed that will increase the safety of guards. The AFULE will continue to consult with QR management regarding this issue and will advise members of these initiatives as soon as they have been endorsed.
