AER AGREEMENT

The current AER agreement is due to expire on 31 December 2010.

The AFULE has met with AER Management to start the process of renegotiating a replacement agreement to operate from 1 January 2011.

It has been agreed between the parties that negotiations will commence on Tuesday 7 September 2010.

Greg Hooper the AFULE No. 1 District Representative will be the union’s chief negotiator.

Greg is currently taking a couple of days leave and will finalise the AFULE negotiating team next week.

Members will be updated on the progress of the negotiations.
