ARG AGREEMENT - AFULE WILL REPRESENT YOU IN THE BARGAINING PROCESS

Bargaining for the AER Rail Operations Union Collective Agreement is about to commence. As part of that process employees may appoint a bargaining representative. ARG is obligated as the employer to advise you of your right to do this and you should receive a notice in writing.

As a member of the AFULE you do not need to appoint your union as a bargaining representative as this will automatically occur.

Negotiations will be focused around ensuring that your current terms and conditions of employment are protected and improved.

As negotiations progress further updates will be provided.

If you have any queries in relation to these matters, please don’t hesitate to contact the State Office on (07) 3257 1151 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Yours fraternally,

GREG SMITH
