Bluff Dispute Decision

On 4 May FWA handed down its decision concerning the rostering dispute in Bluff. Commissioner Asbury  has declined to issue any orders and has advised that in her view QR can continue rostering available shifts at 11 hours, however she takes the view that QR should meet with the Bluff employees  and take whatever steps are necessary to ensure the master diagram is consistent with operational requirements.

 Tuition Shift Dispute Arbitration 5 May

AFULE attended an arbitration hearing on 5 May in front of Commissioner Asbury. The Commissioner has heard all the evidence and has reserved her decision.
