Premier Anna Bligh announced a $15 billion sell off of State owned assets including QR’s coal business. These sales will have a major flow on effect in the broader community.

The A.F.U.L.E. along with other unions under the umbrella of the Queensland Council of Unions have made an alliance to fight the decision of the Government.

A campaign called “QUEENSLAND NOT FOR SALE” has been formed and will involve rallies and community forums around the State.
